How TnB's Curbside Pickup Service Works
To ensure a smooth curbside pickup experience, TnB needs a reliable way to communicate with you about your order status. Here's what you'll need to do:
- Create an account in our Communication App – This helps us confirm we're talking to you.
- Give us permission to send you a status email. – Allow us to send you emails, because failure to do so means we will not be able to tell you about the status of your food order and our messages could end up in your spam folder.
- Respond to our emails – This removes the need for phone calls and ensures a seamless pickup process.
How to Use the Communication Program
- Visit tnbii.com.
- Register – If you don’t have an account, click the Register button in the upper right-hand corner. Fill out the provided form. Make sure your contact information, including your email and phone number, is accurate, as it will be used for communication.
- Opt-In to Communications – Due to efforts to reduce spam emails and unwanted text messages, senders (TnB in this case) must obtain your permission to send messages. When you register, you'll have the option to Opt-In to receive emails and texts.
- Manage Your Preferences – Every email or text message you receive will include an Unsubscribe or Stop link, allowing you to opt out at any time.
